Most recently, Bill represented a Southern California family in a transaction involving an exclusive beach front property appraised at more than $800 million. Bill was also the lead lawyer to the purchaser of an $800 million portfolio consisting of 150 service station and convenience store properties in California, acquired from a major oil company.

No two transactions are the same, and no two clients are alike. Similarly, there are many types of fee arrangements, in addition to traditional hourly billing. Fee arrangements can be customized, including a monthly retainer for discounted in-house counsel type services, fixed fee or flat rate and/or reduced hourly rate with a success fee. Typically, the legal fees for a transaction are 30% to 40% lower than those charged by comparably-experienced attorneys at large law firms.
