Fee arrangements can be customized, including a monthly retainer for discounted in-house counsel type services, fixed fee or flat rate and/or reduced hourly rate with a success fee. Typically, the legal fees for a transaction are 30% to 40% lower than those charged by comparably-experienced attorneys at large law firms.
