William B. Brinckloe, Jr.
For over 30 years, I have represented clients on commercial real estate and business transactional matters. I represent retail/commercial landowners and tenants, banks, trust companies and other real estate users and investors, as well as non-profit charities, business owners and franchisees. I have rendered legal services to, among others, a Southern California-based quick-serve hamburger restaurant chain, in connection with the development of approximately 50 restaurants; the largest full service, casual-dining Mexican restaurant company in the United States, with approximately 200 restaurants; and a service station and convenience store retailer with approximately 300 locations in the Western United States. I have established a number of professional affiliations as a result of my hard work and dedication:
So whether you are involved in a complicated commercial real estate deal, negotiating a complex lease, simply need a contract done right the first time or would like a proactive in-house legal solution for your business, learn more about what my firm can do for you by contacting me today for an initial consultation.
In 1983, I graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California, where I served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Law Review. I have worked for some of the largest and most respected law firms in the world, including Jones Day. And for most of the last two decades, I have been leading TransActionLaw to deliver unparalleled results and customer service.
I have been an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell® since 1990; AV is the highest rating and attests to a lawyer’s legal ability and professional ethics based upon the confidential opinions of the Bar and the Judiciary. I am a member of the State Bar of California (admitted 1983), the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE). ACRE is a Southern California commercial and retail real estate networking group with approximately 1,100 members. In 1999, I served as the President of ACRE.
